Eligible repairs performed at Crown Auto Service 417 may include the ProVantage® 2-Year, 24,000 Mile Nationwide, Worry-Free Warranty plus 2-Year, 24-Hour Roadside Assistance. Coverage is limited to qualifying repairs and is subject to program terms, limits, and exclusions. Keep your original invoice — it is required to obtain warranty service.

What Is Covered by the Warranty (FY25)

According to the FY25 ProVantage materials, the warranty covers qualifying repairs related to the following systems:

  • Air conditioning, heating & climate control systems
  • Brake system(s)
  • Engine cooling system(s)
  • Electrical system(s)
  • Fuel system(s)
  • Ignition system(s)
  • Emission control system(s)

  • Electronic engine management system & on-board computer systems
  • Engine, body, brake and suspension computers; cruise control systems
  • Steering and charging systems
  • Steering/suspension systems
  • Wheel bearings, CV joints, half-shafts, and driveline components
  • Other minor repairs (program terms apply)

What Is Not Covered (FY25 Exclusions)

The FY25 ProVantage materials list exclusions. Common exclusions include the following:

Powertrain & Major Exclusions

  • ENGINE: Any internal repair or replacement of engine assembly, internal components, or replacement of engine assembly
  • TRANSMISSION / TRANSAXLE: Any internal repair or replacement of automatic or standard transmission
  • FINAL DRIVE / DIFFERENTIAL / AXLE: Any internal repair or replacement of final drive axle/differential assembly
  • CLUTCHES: Clutch component or assembly repair and replacement

Other Exclusions

  • Auto body, paint, molding repair
  • Glass related repairs
  • Vehicles used for commercial purposes
  • Tires
  • Used or salvaged parts
  • Preventive maintenance services (including normal maintenance replacement)
  • Oil changes, fluid changes and flushes, wiper blades, filters

2-Year, 24-Hour Roadside Assistance (FY25)

During the 2-year benefit period, the FY25 ProVantage Roadside Assistance program provides reimbursement for covered roadside assistance up to $150 per claim, with a maximum of two (2) claims per 12-month period. Service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, subject to program terms and eligibility.
